to Virgin Holidays in the UK.
Made a mistake with a name or date of birth? Moved house lately or changed your phone number? You can do all
of this online too. You can also view your itinerary, pay off your balance, set up an interest free monthly direct

Before you go
- Most parents prefer to take their own car seat with them on holiday. Whilst
you can hire branded car seats when you book your hire car, sizes and shapes
can vary to the UK standard. You might want to consider packing your own for
more peace of mind.
- If putting your car seat in the hold, it is advisable to wrap it in clear
polythene, or a bin bag, with some way of easily identifying it. This will
protect your car seat from getting grubby. If you need to use your child's
car seat to get to the airport, a wrapping facility is offered at the airport
- Just ask when you check-in.
- Pack a small cool bag with some light snacks and drinks for your kids to
nibble on while travelling on the plane. As a younger child's metabolism can
be faster than an adults and older kids, it will help avoid them getting irritable
when hungry. Whilst complimentary meals and beverages are provided on all
airlines we partner with, and airline attendants do their best to care for
young children, there could be a small wait for a meal to be served.
- If your child uses a comforter, pack a couple extra in the event of one
getting misplaced.
- Make sure you pack a good insect repellent (which you have tested for allergic
reaction first). This will help avoid the misery of itchy bites which cause
discomfort and distress.
- Take a small handbag sized First Aid Kit for the inevitable grazed knee
which needs fixing.
- If your kids are into electronic games and gadgets, make sure you remember
to pack a few spare batteries/chargers and a plug adaptor. When abroad, these
things can sometimes be difficult to source or are very expensive.

you leave the house? Download this handy pre-departure Check
