Your Holiday, Your Way
In a private home, you are free to do exactly what you want, when you want! If you fancy a lie-in, it's yours for the taking. Instead of sightseeing, spend a few hours lazing by the pool. Your kitchen doesn't stop serving at certain times, either. You can eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between at times to suit you! Or, if you don't fancy cooking, head to one of the many restaurants in your area for a delicious meal, American style!
Great Value
We've said it before and we'll say it again: renting a Florida home is excellent value for money. The cash you save on hotels can be spent eating out in restaurants. Or, choose to eat in and spend even more on attractions, discount shopping and fantastic day trips. There's no better way to make the most of the Sunshine State!
Optional Extras
If it's an independent stay without the hard work that appeals, maid service is available at an additional cost (payable locally). In the winter months (Oct-Apr), you may wish to have your pool heated, which costs approx $250 per week. If you mention this at the time of booking, we'll endeavour to ensure it's done prior to your arrival, otherwise it will be the following day before your pool will be fully heated.
Space Galore
Even the most spacious hotel room cannot compete with the size of a whole house! And Florida homes do not come small in the first place. Take advantage of your surrounds, spread yourselves out and really make the house your own for the duration of your holiday.
Party Time!
Create your own party atmosphere, in houses sleeping up to 12 people. A great way to holiday, the kids will enjoy splashing around, whilst the adults get down to some serious gourmet barbecuing! Once younger members of the family are tucked up in bed, more mature members can carry on into the early hours - there's simply no time limit!
Location, Location, Location
Warmed by the Gulf Stream, our Florida homes are located in a choice of excellent resorts, with beaches and wildlife just a short drive away. You'll also enjoy easy access to shops, malls, golf courses and sporting amenities. In Orlando, WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort is no more than a 25-min drive, as are other theme parks.
Mod Cons
All Florida homes come equipped with an excellent range of amenities to make your stay a truly comfortable one. As well as your own private screened swimming pool, which can be heated in the cooler winter months, guests can enjoy modern, spacious kitchens with American-sized fridges, oven, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room is attractively furnished with cable TV and dining area (4- and 5-Bedroom Houses have a separate dining room). Air-conditioning is standard and all houses have hairdryer, iron and board, as well as all the towels and bed linen you'll need. The master bedroom will have a spacious queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, but you won't need to share this with the kids, as there is always at least 1 other separate bathroom for them! A private double garage will house your hire car. The houses shown are only representative of the standard of accommodation available.
