Fabulous hotel with fantastic ocean view rooms from the 2nd and 3rd floors. Spotlessly clean with a range of excellent facilities. From our arrival we were very well looked after. Quick check in process, cold towels, cocktails and a guided tour of the room and its facilities. A superb buffet breakfast was included with everything you could imagine. Hot and cold food was on offer, with excellent service throughout. Lunch and dinner was available in the Taborus restaurant, which also provided breakfast. The Palm restaurant was also open from Wednesday through to Sunday for dinner. Excellent facilites included a gym, pool (with sunbeds), and a fabulous stretch of sandy beach next to the turquoise Caribbean sea, (with more sunbeds). Pool attendants were happy to help set up sunbeds with covers and towels. Regular patrols by beach attendants took and delivered drinks orders, We dined at the Taborus restaurant in the evening which provided a varied menu at reasonable prices for the Carribean. Concierge and reception were very helpful in organising taxis and tours. The hotel gardens are beautiful , with a free garden tour available mid week. There was a bus stop on the main road just outside the hotels, although we did not use the local buses. This is a superb hotel with friendly and professional staff to look after you on holiday. Watersports were available from the adjacent Beach Club with a range of equipment including Hobie Cats, Paddleboards, kayaks and snorkelling equipment (all free to use apart from the Hobie Cats). A special mention for Ryan who is one of the instructors. As we do not sail he took us out on a Hobie Cat and gave us a guided tour of the local coastline whilst keeping us amused by his stories, He really is a credit to the Beach Club. There is also a bar , toilets and an outside shower. This really was an excellent holiday and we would highly recommend this hotel on the lovely West coast. Read less

Excellent rooms , relaxing stay with good food and drink options. Staff friendly but sometimes rather slow , particularly at breakfast. Most disappointing aspect was guests “ reserving” sunloungers and staff not controlling this even when left unused for several hours. Particularly strange as there are in fact plenty of beds if not blocked !

Just spent a week at the Royal Pavillion and was so happy we did. The staff greeted us warmly and were very attentive. The rooms with the ocean views were perfect. The grounds, although pretty look like they need a little updating as it looks like it hasn’t been painted in a few years. The breakfast area could be renovated as it is very hot while having breakfast and the area where food is served looks old. Overall we loved the Royal Pavillion and look forward to returning.
