Hotel and staff were good, my bill was incorrect, but Hilton said that I need to call the hotel directly. Have tried multiple times and end up with voicemail that no one ever responds to. My advice is check your bill before you leave. Hilton Gold Member

Heading to the airport was also a struggle. Was advised not to prebook but when we wanted to leave had to wait 30 minutes and didnt even get a hilton taxi. Barbados is beautiful and the services you get at places like tapas is oistins are great. Just the hotel that was disappointing Read less

This is an excellent hotel with the usual high standards you’d expect at a Hilton Resort establishment. We upgraded to a deluxe room with ocean view on the 3rd floor which was large, modern and extremely well appointed with a balcony looking over sea, ideal for relaxing after a day at the pools and beach. All the restaurants and bars service is good and the meals snacks delicious. We really liked the security arrangements around the resort with a robust presence from uniformed staff who ensured the safety of the communal areas at all times. The staff across the board were incredibly helpful, pleasant, courteous and friendly. Undoubtedly the Hotels biggest asset. Live entertainment twice a day at happy hours a nice touch. The only downside to this resort is that if you want to eat or drink at the many established and upcoming venues on the South coast, it’s a little too far to walk. However would recommend the new Pick Up Barbados Uber style ap which we used throughout our stay which was brilliant. Read less

Sabeena from house keeping was amazing. Our two year old had an accident on the bed and Sabena came and changed the entire bedding and was so pleasant as she did it. Everyone at this hotel was very pleasant and eager to please. Our stay was very pleasant and we are glad Sabena was able to provide such wonderful cleaning services to top it off.
