Visited May 2024 for 2 week stay. Al a carte restaurants were closed for part of week. Buffet restaurants lack of food variety and food cold. Not enough staff to cope!

The customer service overall was bad. It seems that the right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing. We were sent to the casino for an ATM but the casino was boarded up and closed. No one seemed to know what time the jelly coconuts would be available at the beer hut. A lot of this could be resolved if management had staff meetings to share information. There’s no sense of urgency. I assume this is cultural (island time). ***Major issues: They charge to see the resort nurse after hours. A friend had money stolen from her wallet in the spa*** There were a few gems who we tipped well. I wish I remembered their names. The food was great for resort food. Oxtail at Xaymaica was really good. Overall very clean. Nice pools Read less

We met Mimi and Ricko from entertainment. They did a fantastic job bringing people together. We had a really fun salsa dance class, they were both very friendly and engaging. Would highly recommend to anyone at this resort! And will definitely be coming again soon!

The resort was very nice and very big. There is A lot of walking so plan to get your steps in. As far as the food i didn’t really get to experience authentic Jamaican cuisine as i had hoped and unfortunately I didn’t get to go to any of the restaurants other then the buffet for breakfast and dinner. The buffet was hit or miss some things didn’t agree with me so I had to keep it as simple as possible. Breakfast seemd the best time to eat at either Monbay or negril. The pools were nice and relaxing the beach was beautiful right on the property the jerk hut was a hit for Luch everyday by the pool and beach. Drinks were flowing I just wish there was as more of a better verity but I stuck with the rum punches. The rooms were clean and were cleaned up daily house keeping stayed on top of it. The shower in the room was one of the highlights felt like I was in a spa Over all I enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t mind coming back again Read less
