The hotel

Lying on a beautiful, long stretch of private beach, the Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa sits within 400 lush acres and is home to an 18th-century sugar plantation. A popular feature here is the iconic swimming pool but guests (kids' especially) also love the Sugar Mill Falls Waterpark, which is the largest in Jamaica. Why not grab a tube and float down the ‘lazy river’ or try one of the slides. 495 rmodern rooms and suites on 7 floors in 2 buildings with 4 lifts. All with private balcony or terrace, air-conditioning, cable TV, small fridge (stocked on request), safe, cot* (on request), iron and board and hairdryer. Resort View Rooms with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

All Inclusive of: all meals and snacks. Locally branded and premium drinks by the glass. All activities and entertainment (excluding golf and motorised water sports) unless otherwise stated.

Partial Ocean View Rooms offer pool and ocean views on the lower floors and partial ocean and mountain views on the higher floors with either a balcony or patio, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Ocean Front Rooms offer great sea views from your balcony or patio, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

So firstly great customer service,I was greeted with rum punch and cold towel ,check in was on the slower side,food variety not so good and they didn't have a steak house ,entertainment was good ,the room was ok as well would rate this hotel a 7/10

Greatest game of ludi and good game to play and learn 😊 thanks for fun experience of the game today and being a fun experience and had fun playing with the resort people and playing the board it was a blast and bit hard to beat the resort people who showed us to play it.

Britney And Zody from Entertainment team taught us lodi, it was so much fun even though they beat us lol. After a couple of games, they let us win. They made our stay even more pleasant, the staff were great as well. thank your for the warm hospitality.

So this was like a friends and family getaway, about 12 of us from Ohio and I had to take the time out to emphasize on our stay well my stay on a whole, being honest the beach is just ok, golf course was amazing, walked with Junior the fitness pro every morning that view and activity was breathtaking, building and the rooms are a little outdated but it’s not gonna stop me from highlighting the work done by the people especially the entertainment team, bar crew, servers, maids the service was immaculate, commendable performance from entertainment though the energy was always there, daytime and evening events was well executed, manager Shelly was awesome, Kevesha, Rochelle and Oshane we call him Mr sound effects amazing emcee and the rest of the team. We almost never made it to Jamaica due to the travel advisory but I can say that you’ll be safe as a tourist we did tours, we went shopping, we also wanted to do the lounge 2727 but never get the chance to but there’ll be a next time. Come visit and ignore what people say enjoy life. Read less

I love this resort, the staff are so pleasant and welcoming. I love the entertainment, shout out to Shanai, Oshane and Jameal. The pool olympics was fun and the reggae party. i’m planning a girl trip and be right here for more fun.I really enjoyed my stay.
