Entertainment was elegantly pleasant and diverse. The cuisine is representative of local fare and presented tastefully. Overall attention was great! I want to personally commend my dining server Petrina for her graceful and accommodating service. She was very attentive and reflects the high standards of the resort. Kudos to her and her colleagues for making my stay enjoyable and memorable. Read less

Love the red snapper and dumplings! The beach.... oh man! Words cannot do it justice! It's worth it just for the beach and crystal clear and calm water! Loved spending our days just floating about there! Never ever getting tired of that experience! Such a dream holiday! Read less

Saw some sting rays and a starfish, but sadly no shells on the beach, if you enjoy shell hunting like I do. One thing to be aware of that I didn’t know until I walked along the beach, there is a nude beach resort randomly between the other resorts. It’s a little ways down from this resort, but if you walk down to the end of the beach section be aware. On one side is a family resort with kids which didn’t make any sense to me. Read less

This was visit #5 for us! We enjoyed it even more than last time - for several reasons. We stayed with my sister and her husband from the UK. They are "beach bums" and spent most of the time there, but we enjoyed chilling on our verandah, watching the birds and enjoying Nature. It was a birdwatcher's paradise! Our room overlooked a field and some beautiful trees. The beach is much more lively! We always have the greeting "Welcome home!" from staff, which is so lovely, and there was a Returnees' Dinner specially for returning guests, which was very good. What I liked was that the hotel managers, the head chef and others gave welcoming speeches, and we had special treatment for the whole evening - including a raffle for a free couples' massage at the spa - which we won! The "person to person" contact is really nice, and genuine. You can see my last review for more about the hotel - did I mention it is green, natural, and generally quiet, with a lovely garden? It is not a large hotel. Although, since it had 100% occupancy when we were there, it was much livelier than usual. However, once you are in your room or on your verandah, it's really quiet. Did I mention before (I know I did!) that the staff are simply amazing. Concierge Manager Kadian McPherson is so kind and warm. The relatively new chef, Michael Barnett chats with the guests and get feedback on the dishes he prepares. One thing I noticed was that he seemed to have settled in really well and the food was up several notches! Really excellent choices, variety, and flavoursome. Dinner in the Lotus Restaurant (which you have to book) was delicious. The ladies at the spa were lovely and I had a really nice pedicure. We did enjoy our evenings. Piano Paul! He plays in the bar at least twice a week, is a wonderful and fascinating man, and a marvellous pianist with a wide repertoire. He loves his music, and guests love him and sing along with him. It's very interactive! The atmosphere at the bar was warm and friendly. The hotel has recently remodelled and enlarged the pool - although quite frankly it still seemed rather small, but then the hotel was fully booked. Nevertheless, if you are not a beach person, it's a really nice spot. Special shout out to the housekeeping lady, Afreka! Every day she made a different animal or bird with towels to place on our bed. She was awesome, as are all the staff quite frankly. I love the "omelette man" at breakfast (sorry I cannot remember his name) and all the serving staff. As usual, our experience was 100% positive. We will be back! Read less
