We are definitely thinking of going back and I will definitely request Paco again because he definitely made our stay, the Italian restaurant was by far our favorite restaurant except for the buffet and the 24 hour room service was great too. The room Big we had an ocean view and the cleaning staff was amazing making our room smell amazing! Drawback was a couple incident at the bars, requesting top shelf alcohol instead of well alcohol! The food & drink is out of this world - they have lots of different options here, including different cuisines and the quality of food and drink is honestly brilliant. There’s always lots on at the hotel every day- sports: table tennis, pool/beach volley pool, yoga, basketball, kayaks, dance classes, the list can go on and on! Everything was great! Me and my wife had a wonderful time! No complaints, the food and drinks were good, they had a dj at one pool, the other pool was quiet, depending on your mood, the rooms were clean and beautiful, can’t wait to go back!

Great marketing effort by the resort making it appears to be a 5-star resort, but it’s lacking in many aspects. Front desk staffs were not pleasant and not helpful. When we had problems with our rooms, management never showed up and assist to resolve our issues. F&B is the biggest shortfall in my opinion, with all the restaurants and bars only providing very limited choices unless you pay extra for better meats and higher quality alcohol. I would have given our experience a 2 out of 5 if not for some great frontline staffs we encountered. Shoutout to Elberth at the buffet, Angelica at the poolside, Enrique at the sports bar and the waiter who took great care of our group of six ladies at the Moon club. Everything about this vacation was amazing. The resort was one of the best me and my fiancé has every stayed at. The hotel is clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was amazing. All inclusive, food, drinks and everything included have us so spoiled now there's no other way to go when booking a stay anywhere. Don't think twice, BOOK YOUR STAY.
