The hotel

Jade Mountain is a resort that exudes luxury in all aspects. Every room is a sanctuary with a unique twist, there are only three walls. The absence of an external wall makes this resort special as it allows you to feel immersed in the magnificent panoramic view of the Pitons and Caribbean Sea. The sanctuary’s design blurs the line between indoor and outdoor, even your own private infinity pool will make you feel like you can reach out touch the scene before you, all while guaranteeing privacy. You will also have access to a personal butler, known as a Major Domo, who will be at your beck and call providing a personalised service. Jade Mountain promises perfection and an exclusive experience by bringing together nature and luxury without impacting the environment.

Had a great 3 night stay we won't forget. The rooms are unlike anything else we have stayed in, but that is easy to know from the pictures. Every interaction with the staff was great, but this is typical for a resort of this caliber and price point. What really blew us away was the food. Burgers and banana daiquiris at beach bar. Every interaction with the staff was great, but this is typical for a resort of this caliber and price point. What really blew us away was the food. Burgers and banana daiquiris at beach bar. Each nightly dinner option at Jade club. Tough to get this level of quality in the Caribbean and Mexico even at the well known 5* brands. The all inclusive was worth it. Read less

This is by far and away the most luxurious and amazing resort my wife and I have ever visited. Pictures cannot possibly do the beauty of the property proper justice. Every room, restaurant, staff member, beach, activity, etc is absolutely first class all the way. It's not cheap, but it's worth every penny. We will definitely be back. It is… Read more

Perfect long weekend trip! Exceeded expectations. Lovely room, amazing views. Friendly staff, especially Tony and Vito. Food at all of the restaurants was very good. Use the ear plugs provided because the birds do start chirping very early! Next time we want to spend more time on the beach. Can not wait to go back.

This is just an amazing resort. Yes,it is eye-wateringly expensive, but if you can do an 'add-on' to another resort or live near enough to go for a short trip, it's worth it. The open rooms ( only 3 walls) are a must ! I was worried that it would be too hot or lots of insects would come in. Neither are true. Lots of little birds come in, who are… Read more

Lots of little birds come in, who are VERY clever at trying to pinch your food leftovers, no matter how tightly you think you've wrapped them up. The private pools are also quite big - not just a plunge pool, you can get a few strokes in! Read less

We stayed in a Moon Sanctuary(JB4). The room was magical. The view, the pool, the bed, the bathroom....EVERYTHING was special. The room temperature without AC was perfect. There was always a breeze. The walk back from the beach is up a steep hill, but a quick dip in the pool cooled you off. To avoid the walk, you can take a quick shuttle back up.… Read more
