Standard Rooms are 335 sq ft and have 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Waterview Rooms are 335 sq ft and have views of the lagoon pool or waterways, with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

King Suites are 670 sq ft and have a separate living area with pull out sofa bed, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. 

Royal Club Level Rooms are 335 sq ft and include exclusive club benefits (listed below), with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Jurassic World Kid's Suites are 670 sq ft and are 2-bedroom themed suites, with 1 king-size bed in the master bedroom, and twin beds in the second bedroom, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

I planned a trip solo with my two young daughters to Universal and booked 4 nights here because of the Fast Pass inclusion (which was very much worth it). Some thoughts: - Check in was a breeze, with a very helpful and friendly staff. Also getting the tickets and setting up the week was very easy and pleasant. Overall the staff was fantastic given someone who has never been to this hotel or theme park before and had two very excited daughters wanting to the do everything immediately. It's a fantastic touch to have your fast pass be your hotel key. Well done. - The rooms were a bit dated, but they were (suprisingly) spacious, very clean, and had great showers. For me though, the beds are key. Its shocking to say but after a month long business trip where I stayed at ultra luxury hotels around the world...these were some of the most comfortable beds I had slept on in a hotel in a very long time. To say I was shocked is an understatement. - The pool is really fantastic. A great way to end the day and wind down after the park. My daughters loved it and we actually had dinner there one night which was very easy. As with check in, the staff was very friendly and everything was extremely easy. They even set up a movie to watch outside one of the nights. The food was very good, and the drinks I had from the bar were fantastic. A shot out to the bartender as well who was above and beyond friendly. -Theres a great breakfast stop in the lobby that has pretty much anything you would want to grab before heading to the parks. Again, very friendly and helpful staff. - Very easy to get the park either by walking or taking a very well run boat system. The girls loved the boat, and then we walked a few times when either the lines to get on were a bit long or we just wanted to get the extra time walking around. Overall, I was really surprised just how easy and streamlined the entire process was. The hotel and park seem to have the entire experience down to a science. It's a rare experience these days where a place seems to genuinely understand exactly what a customer would want and delivers it flawlessly. Overall my stay was so easy it just meant I could enjoy the experience of being at the resort and parks. Things that should be included were included and I felt as though the prices (while obviously not cheap) were in line with expectations. Nothing felt predatory at all. Overall, this place delivers exactly what I was hoping for when I booked it. When you factor in the free Fast Passes I was blown away by the value here. The hotel offers just the right amount of entertainment options to supplement going to the parks, and gives you a very comfortable night's sleep. Highly recommend. Read less

The site is huge, well maintained and with plenty of amenities. The service from staff is outstanding. I was simply overwhelmed by their kindness and attention to our needs. The concierge and front desk staff were super helpful. The dining options outstanding. The meeting rooms were very well done.

Came back after spending 14 nights here been to this hotel 3 years on the run but never again, room was dirty mangers was rude and didn’t care pool area was filfy pool tables and never been cleaned sand area hadn’t been cleaned it was dirty and smelt pool area was closed at 3pm for 4 days and 1 whole day said it was maintenance life guards was… Read more

This was my second stay here and it was lovely. I love the floral scent in the lobby. They need a candle of that. The fast passes are good for the day you check out as well. So its like 2 days of fast passes for 1 night at the hotel. It works out to be a great deal. Lines were not too bad this time of year, but its still nice to have them. Quick check-in. Wish the pool had been open, but it was undergoing maintenance. They offered to let us use the pool at Sapphire Falls but we opted to rest our feet and just do the hot tub instead. Love the water taxi, but its about the same to walk. Read less

Good hotel, great distance to the park, water taxi is nice. Rooms are clean and overall great hotel and atmosphere. No complaints. - Rooms are much more updated than Portofino.
