600 rooms and suites on 16 floors. All with air-conditioning, HDTV featuring on-demand movies*, complimentary WiFi access, coffee maker, hairdryer, safe, smart-room technology, iron and ironing board, mini-fridge, and bathroom amenities. 

Standard Rooms are 314 sq ft and have 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Deluxe Rooms are 395 sq ft and have views of the city or the parks, with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Skyline View Rooms are located on high floors with views of Universal Orlando Resort or Orlando city, with 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Kids Suites are large family suites at 575 sq ft, with 1 king-size bed, twin beds in a separate area, and a pull-out sofa bed, sleeping maximum 5 people. 

Skyline View Kids Suites are as above, but are located on high floors with views of Universal Orlando Resort or Orlando city, sleeping maximum 5 people.

The place is modern, but feels weird. This is a universal hotel and you probably won't spend much time in the hotel, so you can sleep and survive, but i would recommend choosing something like Cabana Bay or Sapphire Falls ( don't pick anything cheaper than this!)

Wonderful modern hotel close to all the attractions. I enjoyed the fact that hotel was more compact that the other universal hotels. Room to lobby time is quick. In room tech is great (although sometimes would have just preferred to use a tv remote!). Loved that there was free hot water and milk / sugar - handy for me bringing my Yorkshire tea… Read more
Wonderful modern hotel close to all the attractions. I enjoyed the fact that hotel was more compact that the other universal hotels. Room to lobby time is quick. In room tech is great (although sometimes would have just preferred to use a tv remote!). Loved that there was free hot water and milk / sugar - handy for me bringing my Yorkshire tea bags! 😂 so bring your tea bags and a reusable cup! Also great to use the cola freestyle machines for ice and water if you don’t want to buy the refillable cups. We brought our own insulated bottles to use at the parks so it was great to fill up before we left. Handy to be able to Collect our park tickets at the desk and to be able to keep our luggage at the lobby so we could explore on our last morning. We had a couple of meals in the urban pantry - particularly loved the pizzas and the noddle bar. Whilst it is more a self serve eatery than table service the quality was great. Handy for walking to volcano bay - literally minutes. Great free shuttle bus to take you to city walk although we preferred to walk over to the water taxi at sapphire falls which takes you right in to city walk Exceptionally clean hotel and well maintained grounds. We booked this hotel on a whim, spur of the moment vacation. So glad we did ! This hotel was awesome! Huge rooms, very spacious! Great location. The free Shuttle takes you to Universal's City Walk. Numerous bars and restaurants on site! Staff was awesome! Will stay here again!

This is a great hotel for the solo traveler. It's not heavily themed and has a great pool bar as well as a rooftop bar. The Staff is very friendly and the views are great. You can easily walk to the parks or take a water taxi from next door. Highly recommend.
