The Omni Parker gave us one of the best hotel experiences we've had in recent memory. We selected it based on reviews and location on the Freedom Trail. Everyone from the porters to the desk service to the bar servers were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Room service was very good. We especially enjoyed happy hour in the lounge with friendly, efficient servers and bar tenders who made outstanding drinks. The atmosphere there was relaxing. We even chatted with the manager who made us feel like special guests. We just loved this place. Read less
