The worst hotel experience I've had in a couple years. Terrible service, if you can even call it that. Do not be deceived by the fact that this is a high rise with a shiny exterior. The place is outdated and smells terrible. There is no safe pedestrian access to the hotel lobby from Tahoe Blvd - you either have to walk on the sidewalk-less driveway or enter through the Casio/arcade, which smells like cigarette smoke and stale breath. If you self-park in the garage, it's also a hike through the driveway to the lobby. My key card was constantly deactivating. I requested room cleaning several days in a row, was told several days in a row by the front desk/house keeping that they would take care of it, and still never received it; cleaners finally showed up at 5:30 PM on the last night of my stay. But worst of all were the staff I had the misfortune of interacting with at the front desk or over the phone - dismissive, rude, unwelcoming. Do these people not realize they're working in the service industry? I rarely bother to write reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so bad as to warrant it. If you're going to South Tahoe for work or pleasure, avoid this place like the plague. Read less

We ended up in the old section. Elevators didn’t work. Walls so thin you could hear everything rooms away. The curtains were torn and wall paper was peeling off in many places. Very dated. Red walls not appealing. No housekeeping. Absolute worst!

We had a overall great experience. Beautiful scenery. Room was cozy, comfortable and clean. Karla K. was amazing. She checked us in and was awesome. Made ✔️in quick and easy. Now the ➖. The spa was closed. The parking fees on top of resort fees is crazy.

This was The finest rooms we ever had at all the Caesars properties. A balcony suite with the most outstanding views of Lake Tahoe is incomparable to any other resort. Quiet rooms with all the amenities you might expect in the finest hotels. Bathroom with the best shower facilities that had views of the lake also. And how have I ever lived without the heated towel rack in the bathroom. Huge living room with dining table and mini fridge. 2nd bathroom always comes in handy too. And the entire staff was so nice and friendly with any of our needs. Read less
