Exceptional new Italian restaurant and decent breakfast. Staff service level was great Only drawbacks were bathroom a bit dated, pool/hot tub not open until 8am, self parking quickest access is through a smoke filled casino

The incline village Hyatt is so beautiful and magical. The heated pool with the swim out area made for some magical memories for my children. The property was covered in snow and it was so beautiful to enjoy from the heated pool and hot tub. The rooms always feel luxurious, and the staff are so incredibly friendly and welcoming.

We stay at the Hyatt in Incline about 15-20 nights a year, we love coming here to get away for a night or two, and we hold our business meetings here. Everything was normal except..... The security guard in the evenings. He was disrespectful to the guests and myself, raised his voice many times telling us we were being too loud, mind you it was 8pm and nobody raised their voice, yelled, or screamed. It was 10-12 business professionals talking about work and day to day stuff, and how much they enjoyed being in Tahoe. He came over 5 times from 8pm to 9:30pm telling us we were too loud and that he was getting complaints. I can assure you, this 25yr old security guard, felt like he had some power. We were not loud at all, just carrying normal conversations and trying to talk over the sounds from there jacuzzi jets. He decided, at 9:30pm we were all done, so he rushed us out and closed down the pool and jacuzzi area for their night. I'm sorry, but I don't need to be harassed by some child when we're bringing thousands of dollars to this hotel, along with the $400 a night room charge. Not sure we will be back. Read less

Great escape to the mountains. Mother nature threw a wrench in plans with a May snowstorm, but still enjoyed the spa and a great meal at the Lone Eagle restaurant.
