This hotel was very good. The room was quiet, the darkening shades were perfect and everything was very clean. They only draw back was a baby crying in the next room which of course isn’t Hyatts fault. One bonus was the city owned parking garage about 25 yards away and they only charge $15 a day.

Beds were very comfortable, room, clean, spacious large bathroom with a Keurig coffee maker and small fridge. The top sail bar was not open when we were there at the end of April, but the pool was open and love that you could walk to… The marina, all the restaurants, the ships, the marina Boardwalk, And the aquarium of the Pacific, which was part of our main reason for visiting I brought my 3 1/2 year-old and 17 month old and they had a blast and I felt like the hotel was kid friendly. My overall experience was great at the Hyatt Centric. The hotel is conveniently located with amenities within walking distance. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The hotel is not too big and not too small. It's scenic, close to restaurants & bars, rideshares is no more than 2 to 5 minute wait time (max). There is a connector that is free of charge if you need to venture into other areas within 5 miles. You are close to the freeway to travel to other destinations in California. I have no complaints outside the hotel is due for a refresh/upgrades to their rooms. Read less

very nice hotel in a great location. our room was spacious and clean. staff offered to move us to a new room that might be quieter; wasn't expecting that. we ended up keeping our original room and just used the fan system to drown out the street noise.

One of the nicest Hotels I have stayed in, perfect location for us, and lovely Room, along with nice Bathroom, and large Shower. The bed was most comfortable.
