Everyone was so helpful because I caught the flu and extended my stay except the male front desk manager, he was rude. I was also charged a few dollars more to extend my stay even though I am a Hyatt Club Member and got sick while here. I DO recommend staying here, airport shuttle service is convenient. Read less

Paid for high floor and early morning check in. Arrived to the hotel to find they did not prepare a room accordingly. Was forced to wait for a low floor room to be ready. Zero discounts or refunds were offered for the inconvenience. Not even an apology. Instead, I was treated as an inconvenience.

LABOR PROBLEMS: We urge you to resolve this. Breakfast, while otherwise nice, was disturbed by loud demonstrators. This was not disclosed when we made our reservations. COFFEE NOOK: Thanks for the coffee maker, but a light is needed here just so the guest can see to operate the machine. Also, instructions on the coffee maker are embossed on black plastic. Even with a light, almost impossible to read! NO FACIAL SOAP in the bathroom. Are we expected to reach into the shower to get a bit of shower gel just to wash our faces? TV: Channel List/Guide is not operable on the TV. It would be very simple to include a printed list of channels. SHOWER: mounting for the hand shower was loose, and the shower head was pointed outward. Thus, when first user turned on the water, the hand shower unexpectedly sprayed her in the face, and flooded the floor with water. BREAKFAST: Tasted good… but cold plates for hot foods. Very friendly front desk staff, room looks very new and updated. They waved late check out fee for me because we had midnight fight departure. 24 hours shuttle bus to airport. Driver was very helpful.
