The room was spotless and the pillows so soft, very comfortable beds, we had a city view which was fabulous. The food was excellent and the position of the hotel was in walking distance of Santa Monica beach and Pier. Overall an excellent place to stay and would highly recommend it. The front desk Ana provided amazing service! She’s such a nice, friendly and helpful lady. I will give the hotel 3-star review because of the room but one more star for her. The air-conditioning system of our room is down from time to time. I woke up from heat one night.

I want to thank Darios and Hugo for the warm Mother’s Day welcome! I was immediately impressed upon entering this lovely hotel and had a truly pleasant stay. Our waitress at breakfast was lovely too but unfortunately I can’t remember her name.
