Such a lovely warm hospitality - modern ambience but still cozy and personal. We loved the poolside cafe and the welcoming staff - Raphael made us feel so at home and we looked forward too seeing him each day and sharing our news and travels - also the food was perfectly presented and consistently delicious ! The property was great, and the concierge, Adriano, was fantastic! He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and ensure we had everything we needed. We visited from San Luis Obispo and work in tourism, and were thoroughly impressed with the hotel and service.

I recommend the Shore Hotel if you can get a rate under $300. It's in a great location, has reasonably sized rooms, and some of the best front desk and service people I've met traveling. But it's not a five star hotel by any stretch, and it's easy to see how they got a top award because they are very in your face about posting a five star review.… Read more
I recommend the Shore Hotel if you can get a rate under $300. It's in a great location, has reasonably sized rooms, and some of the best front desk and service people I've met traveling. But it's not a five star hotel by any stretch, and it's easy to see how they got a top award because they are very in your face about posting a five star review. Almost too over the top about it during and after the trip. There is ongoing construction, which is fine as it will give them a better dining and bar space. However, the current food is pretty lackluster and I wouldn't recommend eating there. The rooms are decent but have a few annoyances including drawers that wouldn't stay closed. There's also no free Wi-fi or water in the room. Staff service is amazing. Everyone was incredibly helpful and proactive in providing information and assistance. That alone makes it worth staying if you can find a good price. Probably won't stay again but not totally opposed to it either. Read less

The hotel has a beautiful ocean view and a good ambiance. Ramon from the guest service team was very friendly - always remembered our names, made great recommendations, and resolved a double booking error I made. The breakfast menu had a lot of options and the food and smoothies were great.
