A very pleasant hotel situated in a very convenient location. As with all LA hotels parking is expensive especially when it isn’t very full. Lovely gardens and pool area.

Everything perfect ! Beautiful hotel with super view on the skyline of L.A. and a heated nice pool. Breakfast buffet with good choice of food to start good the day. Staff helpful and nice.

The location is perfect right in the heart of Sunset Boulevard with a selection of restaurants close-by, in a safe area, a bus stop outside (line 2) which will take you close to Hollywood Boulevard and the Walk of Fame (10 minute walk), or a short walk from Santa Monica Boulevard where you can catch… Read more
This hotel has to be THE BEST in Los Angeles. The location is perfect right in the heart of Sunset Boulevard with a selection of restaurants close-by, in a safe area, a bus stop outside (line 2) which will take you close to Hollywood Boulevard and the Walk of Fame (10 minute walk), or a short walk from Santa Monica Boulevard where you can catch the bus going the other way (line 4) to Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hills (few minutes walk). The rooms were lovely (we had a free upgrade - I arrived in an upset state having been conned by a 'taxi' from LAX airport) - but the front desk tried to make things better with the upgrade and were very sympathetic making sure on our way back we got their wonderful driver who took us back to the airport safely and at a reasonable cost. The breakfast room is lovely and - remember - the buffet breakfast is FREE (what other hotel in LA can you have a free buffet breakfast?!) - the choice is excellent - great for families in particular. The pool area is so pretty and tranquil and is open until 10pm. Great to sit and unwind after a day's sightseeing. This hotel is a REAL FIND. The staff know what excellent customer service is all about and nothing is too much trouble. Read less

The hotel was so helpful, they brought up cleaning supplies, fresh towels etc. I felt like I was constantly phoning down to front desk but they were just so helpful. Thank goodness the hotel had a laundry room as well! Our room had a patio door which opened up to the courtyard and pool, which was lovely! Breakfast is free every morning, with plenty of selection. Overall, I really liked the hotel. It had everything we needed and the location was great too. Read less
