153 rooms and suites. All with air -conditioning, flat-screen TV, mini-bar*, hairdryer, bathrobes and iron and board. Standard Rooms have either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

4 Saints (seasonal food, open for brunch and dinner). Juniper Table (all day menu, open from 7:00am-9:00pm). 2 bars (drinks and light snacks). Rooftop pool. Fully equipped on-site fitness centre. There is a daily resort fee of $40 plus tax per room (payable locally, fee subject to change).

This is not the Palm Springs experience. Staff are arrogant. Views over the car park. Not as advertised on the website. Wish I had not chosen this hotel. Service is very poor.

First time in Palm Springs and won't be the last. Staying here is one of the reasons. We had an amazing suite and the staff all around were great. We were welcomed warmly as a first-time guest and the valets were friendly and fast. Next time, I'd like to try the onsite dining options.

They create a seamless experience from start to finish. We worked with their team to host a few of our pre-wedding events here and they're our favorite "vendor" from the weekend. Collaborative, helpful, and thoughtful -- I adore their team. Plus, the location is unbeatable! Heart of downtown without feeling chaotic or busy. You get the great location with elevated bars, restaurants, and services tucked away at the hotel. Worth every single penny in our eyes. Read less
