Very nice stay. Although it was cloudy for a few days we had a couple of sunny days. We would stay again.

First room had trash in garbage and phone did not work. Was worried if trash was left in garbage what else was not cleaned properly? Second room wreaked of urine. Complained multiple times and all the did was try to spray air freshener. They should have changed our room and cleaned the carpets, that is how bad it smelled. The hotel is in need of a… Read more

The hotel is in need of a remodel because rooms are very old. They do not even give you glasses for water/drinks just cheap paper cups for coffee. Pretty disappointing. Read less

The valet service was excellent and provided chairs and an umbrella for our mission beach excursion ( no charge). They always offered water when we were departing. Location is convenient to everything. Food is very good. Check in was slow so do make your reservations on mine and text with them before arrival to address special needs. My check in was quick, but the line was long with many people who seemed to have to ask for special needs and split the bill and all sorts of issues . Check out was a breeze on the app. Housekeeping did a lovely job. Meir of coffee maker , safe and mini fridge were all in room. My ocean view with the balcony provided a perfect Pacific Ocean sunset view. Highly recommend! Read less

Wonderful views, great pool, and a quiet room made for a lovely addition to a business trip. Pelicans was a nice little poolside restaurant. The Marina Market prices were absolutely absurd, and the Tonal in the gym was not in working order.
