They went above and beyond to make our experience amazing! Rico was the star of the show! He added a special touch for a birthday. The suite was perfect—two rooms and two showers. You cannot beat it for that price in SF! Totally worth it!

Great location and a wonderful hotel in downtown San Francisco. Walking distance to the Bart station, malls, union square, and restaurants. Our experience was fantastic. The location was perfect allowing us to easily stroll to destinations. What truly stood out was LA Lawrence service, at the desk; she greeted us warmly from the very beginning. The room was clean, spacious. Also boasted a modern decor that added to our overall enjoyment.
