We are still waiting on these funds to be put back on our account. We were informed up to 45 days as its an international back and not a US bank. Its been over 60 days at this point and its simply not good enough. My wife has messaged, called and send emails however no one wants to help. I wouldn't be staying here as they really aren't helping us after we spent lots of money staying here. It's really not good enough Read less

The hotel was very nice and completely comfortable for our stay. Not a location with much character, but very well placed in terms of getting around to many parts of the city. We were in a double queen room on the 15th floor with a nice view of the street. No street noise; beds and bedding were great; and hotel replaced down pillows and comforter/duvet with hypoallergenic ones for allergic husband. Bathroom was modern and spotless. Only things that could’ve been improved were the drinks at the hotel bar (substandard) and the valet parking expense ($77/night). Our neighbors were very noisy into the wee hours and we could definitely hear them well, but happily I can still remember being young and boisterous in my younger days so chose not to let it bother me ;-) Read less

Was in SF for the RSAC 2024. The hotel is very close to the event. Nice installation and service. I could not have breakfast there because it was full.
