Where is it

In downtown Chicago, 1 block away from Michigan Avenue with great shopping and restaurants. Close to Chicago Theatre, Millennium Park, Chicago Cultural Center, Theater District, Chicago River and Navy Pier. Transfer time from O'Hare International Airport: 1 hour.

Hotel information

250 rooms. All of which are two-chambered with a dressing room and a sleeping area separated by a sliding door. Facilities include air-conditioning, flat-screen HDTV, telephone, tea/coffee maker, mini-fridge, mini-bar, safe*, hairdryer and iron and board. Chamber Rooms are divided into two separate areas by sliding privacy doors - a dressing room and bedroom - with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Grand Chamber Suites are slightly larger, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

  • Booking Bonus: Virgin Atlantic Holidays customers receive waived resort fee, saving $25 plus tax, per room, per day. Applicable to bookings made from 18th Dec 2023.
  • Book 31st May and receive waived resort fee & $25 food and beverage credit per room per day, with a combined daily saving of $50 plus tax. Several issues this time. And we stay at Virgin most of the time in Chicago. They no longer have the nice British toiletries. The rose is gone in favor of some gelatinous coconut almost mass market soap shampoo and conditioner. The Yorkshire Gold tea from England is no more and it's some inferior brand. Several issues this time. And we stay at Virgin most of the time in Chicago. They no longer have the nice British toiletries. The rose is gone in favor of some gelatinous coconut almost mass market soap shampoo and conditioner. The Yorkshire Gold tea from England is no more and it's some inferior brand. What used to be street pricing as they called it for bar snacks and drinks in the room are now priced exorbitantly. We had issues getting room service and they were rather rude. As for your $25 a day fee for what? You're losing your integrity also. There are many other choices in the area and we will look towards those next time we're in Chicago. Plus it's also time to replace the mattresses which are starting to wear sag. And please get pillows that aren't so soft that you suffocate in them with no shoulder and neck support. Read less

Rooms were nice and the service here is top notch! If you’re lucky enough to meet Deandre you’ll see why I had to leave a review. I’ve worked in the service industry for years and don’t meet many people who genuinely love taking care of the guest like that. 10/10

We will definitely stay there again. Food delicious, staff and service very nice and kind, beautiful and clean room (love the shower), easy ubication. Elina helped to me for a surprise to my husband. She always able to give me the options. Danny was nice since the time we arrived to the hotel. Thanks

Kelsey at Miss Ricky’s was great! It was an amazing, inspiring, and beautiful time myself and my friend had drinking here in the morning. Kelsey brightened my day and made my experience here very very very very very very very very very very good!
