Great hotel for a great price! Room was quiet, clean and spacious. Front desk lady was helpful and nice. Only downer was valet only parking and after 24 hrs in transit and 4 plane rides later we just paid it instead of driving around to find a parking building. Super convenient location for the French quarter without the noise! We were on the 16th floor. Beds and pillows were pretty good too. Rooms were clearly designed by someone who had no intention of ever staying here and so often made the stay frustrating at best. Outlets are inconveniently located and the bathroom is a mess. Most damning is the fact that the "free WiFi" should really come with a disclaimer about how WiFi is hardly ever available. I have been here for hours without WiFi and other reviews from other time periods give the same feedback. Not worth staying here when you could pay less to stay somewhere with better rooms and a more reliable internet connection. Stay somewhere else, especially if you are in town for business. Read less

What an amazing hotel! The room was immaculate and very comfortable. The staff was amazing! China at the front desk was very helpful. We received incredible customer service from Alexis at the bar! She was very attentive and kind! We'll be back.
