The hotel

Where is it

In the heart of Downtown New Orleans, a 20-min walk to the French Quarter and all major attractions, including the Superdome, Smoothie King Center and Champions Square. The Loyola Avenue Streetcar passes directly in front of the hotel or take a walk to the Arts District, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas and, of course, the lovely Mississippi Riverfront.

I had a layover in NOLA and had dinner at the hotel restaurant Vitascope. I was attended by Keyla and she was amazing! Her customer service skills and friendly nature are top notch. The beer was fresh and crisp. The food was great. I would highly recommend Vitascope.

The appearance was great, the cleanliness was impeccable, the staff was attentive and always friendly, food was good. Already planning another trip to New Orleans and will be staying here again for sure.

The hotel, food and amenities were great! Only downside that the restaurant near the bar closed at 10 pm.

I was in town for a work Convention at the Hyatt Regency. The hotel had everything I needed for the 4 -4-night stay. I didn't need to leave the hotel for anything, they offered many dining options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The elevators took some time to get used to but all in all, it was a great stay.

Helpful staff, great room, excellent service. Perfect location. I could adjust the room temperature and slept very well.
