Terrible experience from a Hyatt hotel!

Upon arrival cars were 4 deep waiting to get valet parking. Parked on street before valet came over to assist. Arrived 4:20. Room not ready. Was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Finally got room at 5:15. No manager in sight to help the one young woman at front desk. We are Hyatt Globalist. Couple we were with are not but their room was ready upon arrival. I asked that valet parking be comped since we waited close to an hour. She agreed to that.
Next morning I asked kitchen counter person if breakfast was free for globalists and she did not know. Finally tracked someone down at front desk to confirm it was.
Final bill at checkout had no breakfast or parking charges. Found out my credit card was billed later for parking and breakfast on separate charges. I called hotel and spoke with Chris who agreed to credit both charges. Days later found out I received credit for breakfast charges but not parking.
You can do much better in Memphis at another hotel chain other than this Hyatt.
