I booked a massage at the Woodhouse Spa. They offer free valet at the Aertson Hotel so I took my car there instead of trying to find street parking. John was wonderful at the valet service. Very fast and efficient! Hands down the best in Nashville.

Spa service was great. The facial was well done and relaxation room was nice. Very clean and relaxing environment would recommend for your next spa visit. VIP package is nice for when it’s busy because you get a relaxation room all to yourself. John helped us at the valet with great customer service!

Came in on a Tuesday evening and checked out Wednesday. John was super helpful and made me feel confident that my car would be taken care of! The team was efficient and my car was in the same condition as I left it. Valet was billed to the room and was able to tip on my phone.

Rachel at the front desk gave me a bottle of water for our dogs and we waited comfortably in the lobby until the room was ready. John Smith was also indispensable. There were several times he was in the right place at the right time to answer my questions or help me navigate the hotel with my two dogs. We also needed ideas for where to park our RV (pretty much impossible in Nashville, don't try it) but he was able to make a suggestion that worked. Overall very good stay. I would definitely return.
