We stayed in D101 which was a beautiful unit. Quality everything, from the bedding and towels to the kitchen supplies, furniture and decor. AC worked perfect. We had a garden view which was very pretty. Communication was very good. Fitness room met our needs. The only downside to the resort is the pool is cold as others have noted.

The room was very well appointed. We had a great view and a balcony. Room had a fan which helped with the humidity. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lazy river water feature was awesome. Loved the hot tubs with sand bottoms and the slides. This resort is in a great location. Safeway across the street and nice restaurants close by. Would stay… Read more

ONLY downside was the toilet paper and paper towels were the cheapest we have ever seen. Completely useless. Read less

We just took a family vacation to Kauai for ten days in April. This resort is amazing, we were in room H-402, I think this room has one of the best views in the entire resort, it’s a corner unit, 4th/top floor, 2 bedrooms, 3 bath , full kitchen and washer and dryer in unit. This unit has beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chests, snorkeling gear and sand toys for your use, just clean and return them as you found them. The resort is in the perfect location, Safeway right across the street. We will definitely be returning soon. Greg & Bella. Fontana, CA Read less

I've rented multiple units at this resort from Kauai Calls before. I would not stay in this one again. As always, the unit was exceptionally clean. Kudos to the housekeeping staff! And the view is amazing from this unit. There were a couple of things that were slightly annoying, though. First of all, it is much closer to the restaurant than expected. This isn't a deal breaker, but something to note for anyone considering it. The biggest complaint I have is that the thermostat keeps resetting itself to 75. I would turn it down to 70, the a/c would kick on, and within an hour it would be warming up again. Walk over to the thermostat and it had reset itself. This happened multiple times and was maddening. I understand wanting to be green, but don't advertise having a/c and then make it impossible to use. Read less

Hotel condo itself was great. This only got two stars, because we specifically picked this hotel because of the pool, water slides and lazy river. Nothing at pool side available for floating down lazy river. When I went into the lobby, they did have but charged you to rent it. A simple pool noodle was $5 to rent! Nothing at pool side available for floating down lazy river. When I went into the lobby, they did have but charged you to rent it. A simple pool noodle was $5 to rent! So I walked across to get my kids two pool floaties, and as I’m blowing them up, they came and said we were not allowed to use them. What an absolute rip off. So if you do want to purchase your own instead of rent, make sure you buy a pool noodle. I had purchased just two small little donut tubes, nothing huge. Not sure why we can’t use them. Read less
