The hotel

Part of the Outrigger family, this is a premier hotel with well-equipped, spacious guest rooms ensuring a comfortable holiday base. The location is fantastic too, directly overlooking beautiful Waikiki Beach and just a stone's throw from shops, bars and restaurants. Even people who aren't staying here tend to wander into the lobby as it's filled with rare and historic Hawaiian artefacts, including a century-old koa canoe! The Hula Grill Waikiki is another local attraction, serving scrumptious breakfasts and romantic dinners beside the ocean. Duke's Waikiki is also right on the beach and perfect for an evening meal, complete with regular live music and hula performances. The swimming pool is beachside so you can enjoy the views of the sparkling blue waters, wherever you choose to set up camp for the day.

City View Rooms offer views of the Waikiki skyline and mountains, with either 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed, 1 double bed, or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Partial Ocean View rooms have either 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed, or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Ocean View rooms have either 1 king-size bed, or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Ocean Front Rooms offer 1 king-size bed, or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Ocean Front Jacuzzi rooms feature 1 king-size bed, plus an indoor jacuzzi bath tub, sleeping maximum 2 people.

All of the above room types can be booked with the addition of Club level benefits, which includes exclusive access to the Premium Voyager 47 Club Lounge, offering complimentary breakfast, as well as evening appetizers and drinks.

Ricky was attentive and very helpful. All was fantastic! Holly was very good at the pool, along with other members of the staff. This is my preferred hotel in Waikiki and have been a guest of Outrigger for over thirty years. The over all service and experience was exceptional!

It was a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. Found all staff members occomadting from the front desk, concierge, to the club lounge. The club room worked out great for our early morning breakfast. The food was good and plentiful to start your day hassle free.

Beautiful beachfront hotel with great amenities, we stayed as part of the Outrigger Platinum membership and the Voyager 47 club was a fantastic addition to our package. Saizhuan was our room cleaner for the duration of our stay and her work is phenomenal!

Found bugs in the sheets. Our stay was going alright as the location is great, but once there was issue this hotel is not the place to be. We notified housekeeping in the morning of the bug we found, in the provided photo, and they took it as a sample. Front desk said the general manager would contact us that day and no emails or calls the whole… Read more
Found bugs in the sheets. Our stay was going alright as the location is great, but once there was issue this hotel is not the place to be. We notified housekeeping in the morning of the bug we found, in the provided photo, and they took it as a sample. Front desk said the general manager would contact us that day and no emails or calls the whole day. We had to again accost the front desk for any updates or an offer to switch our rooms. No refund, no compensation, no apology. The next morning we asked for the general manager again and front desk provided said there was no one available. I had to show the photo to other guests to get security called and a manager on duty to provide us with a reference number they had forgotten yesterday. Still have not received a refund, but suggestions to do more work from our part to file against their insurance. This has been a terrifying and very, very unsatisfactory experience. Do not stay here if you don't want hitchhikers coming home with you. Read less

We went to Hawaii for Conference/Holiday . Had the best time at this Resort . Easy walking distance to Restaurants/ Beach / Shopping and Transport . Highly recommend the Staff especially Rick at the Check In Desk and Jun at the Pool Bar they both went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. We will be back . Aloha for now !
