The hotel

Back to the locally brewed beer, Maui Brewing Co. is the island's largest bar, and will keep you entertained with daily live music, a whole host of craft beers, ales and lagers, and of course some delicious handmade food to accompany them.

During our recent stay at the Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel, we had the pleasure of being assisted by Kiana on several occasions. Each interaction with her was perfectly delightful. Kiana’s cheerful and kind demeanor made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for. While Waikiki might not be our preferred destination due to its bustling nature and shopping-focused attractions, which aren't exactly our cup of tea, the accommodations and service at the Outrigger were exceptional. Our hotel room was very comfortable, and the overall service we received truly enhanced our stay. Kiana’s friendliness and attentiveness stood out in every encounter. Whether it was providing us with local recommendations or assisting with our needs around the hotel, she went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable. It’s rare to find someone who consistently delivers such genuine customer service with a smile. Kiana is a true asset to the Outrigger team, and it’s employees like her that would make us recommend this hotel to others, and consider returning if we choose to visit Waikiki again. The entire hotel staff were wonderful and helpful especially Yuki who did a great job welcoming us. We were celebrating our anniversary and when we checked into our room there was a special treat waiting for us. Additionally, Anita took care of our room needs daily. We would def come back on our next visit to Waikiki.

KRISTINA at the outrigger beachcomber is amazing. She was the best check-in person I’ve ever had at any hotel ever. Her amazing personality and hospitality was incredible. We really appreciate her kindness and her sweet disposition at the hotel.

Kristina was amazing at the outrigger Beachcomber in Waikiki. She had a great personality and very hospitable, and was so friendly, and we have never experienced quite an awesome check in process as we did arriving out the outrigger beachcomber hotel in Waikiki.

We just loved our stay at the Outrigger Beachcomber. Everyone is genuinely welcoming and friendly, from the valet/bellhop station to the front desk to the housekeeping department. The lobby is spacious and beautifully decorated. It has a wonderful vibe and even smells great. The four elevators are fast and the wait time was minimal. Our spacious room and the rest of the hotel were immaculately clean and well-decorated. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean and a portion of Diamond Head was pure Heaven. Beachcomber's location is perfect. It's a quick walk across the street to the beach and the International Market Place next door. We did not need a car or even an Uber as we found an abundance of restaurants within a short stroll of the hotel. Beachcomber is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Highly recommend. r Read less
