My go-to hotel for Las Vegas. I'm there for work relatively often. Close enough to the strip to go there but a little away from the crazy which is nice. Awesome rooms. Pool and gym top notch. The lobby bar and restaurant plus Night + Market (asian bar food) all great places.

Aweful hotel in a bad location. Lobby was dirty and unkept mostly just workers sitting around in lobby. Room was just ok. Would never stay here again. With so many choices on or near the strip this would be my last choice. Only one of three pools open. Aweful front desk staff. Party in hallway near our room from 1 am to 5:30. No one… Read more

Minimal security on the casino floor. Vagrants in lobby and casino. Bad restaurants and food. Just overall a crappy hotel. Read less

The Virgin has a really cool vibe. It was really fun with the rock and roll theme. We had a great greeting from Jose at the front desk and had a really fun time at the beach pool. Our waitress Ava was outstanding. Also, try some fun entertainment and Cocktails at the Shag room. Food was really good to. There are a lot of dining options.

This was our first stay since Hard Rock became Virgin Hotel and many things have improved. The rooms are nicely decorated if a bit odd (weird, mushroom shaped thing at the end of one bed) but otherwise they are pretty and clean. The wait staff as well as housekeeping were friendly & helpful especially our one housekeeper. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name because she was very sweet and thoughtful with a handwritten thank you for the tip we’d left. We always leave a tip & had never received a nicer thank you. Kudos to this sweet lady! The pool area was appealing with a sandy beach area and water that wasn’t freezing cold like it sometimes is at Vegas hotels. Wait staff was friendly & quickly brought our orders. Big downside here was they don’t have water available poolside like the Strip hotels. They would give us a cup of ice to fill from the drinking fountains which were inconveniently located and nasty. Otherwise the only choice was an $8 bottled water which seemed bad for the environment & like a cash grab. Virgin hotel has no lounge or club with any music so once you finish dinner or gambling there’s nothing to do. There was a Dj in the only lounge but only from 4-8 pm. No real shopping to speak of either so nothing fun to do later in the evening without going back to the Strip. We ordered room service several times & realize that it’s going to be expensive. However, charging us $2 for an extra plastic fork so my hubby could have a bite seemed ludicrous. We ate at the steakhouse twice and it was very good in all respects. We also attended a party in their outdoor event area and very much enjoyed it. Unlikely that we will return however. Not enough entertainment options and didn’t like being nickeled & dimed for water and forks. When we return in September, we will return to the Palazzo instead. Read less
