Housekeeping was excellent. Friendly and efficient. Expect food to be expensive-but that’s Vegas. Only negative about the visit is where you can spent your Gold/Diamond member food and beverage credit. You can only use it at the Dawg House. It’s a sports bar-and basically just has bar food. Not that great. Plastic utensils and cups. Conrad is suppose to be a high end Hilton, and with so many resturants at Resort World, you would think they would have better options to spend F&B credit that the most loyal Hilton guests get. Will stay again, but I hope they rethink where the F&B can be spent-currently it’s a disappointment. Read less

Long story short. We came for Liars and Scams... sorry i mean Lovers and Friends music Festival. We purchased a package deal for tickets to the festival and hotel rooms. First time staying there. I really liked it. Lots to do there, a ton of restaurants, the gambling was decent too. It's not close to the center of the strip. But we found you can walk thru the Wynn and Encore then through the Palazzo and Venetian to get to the main strip. You can walk outside but if its hot, that walk would be miserable. ROOM: Nothing special. Wish there was a tub. Also dont touch the food. it says there a "30sec" wait before it charges the room. It charges you the second it's picked up. My husband grabbed the wine to see the cost and its was on our bill lol. FOOD - FUHU: I go every trip to Vegas, its delicious. - Gatsbys Cocktail Lounge: Crazy busy, EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. I'm sorry, I dont care what the excuses could be. Everyone was rude and didn't want to work. I'm sure they were extra busy because our festival was cancelled so instead of 1000s people being at a festival they are now at the hotels, bars, restaurants SPENDING MONEY. They have a secret menu I wanted to try. But I'm over that place. I would not recommend. Waiter willfully ignored patrons. Read less

So much for a VIP check-in experience. All in all, a hard pass for me Read less

Wow, I'm really glad I did not read any of the bad reviews prior to my booking this hotel. I am a travel agent, in the business for 40 years, and I found this hotel to be excellent overall. A really well thought out hotel. Car parking was well signed and it's about a 5-7 minute walk to the check-in desk. $18 per day unles you join their free Casino program. Check-in was quick and easy at 4pm on a Friday, perhaps there were 20 people ahead of me, but only took about 10-15 minutes in line, not bad for Vegas. Very courteous check-in, and I found all the staff that I had interaction with were very polite and helpful, so opposite to many of the other reviews on Tripadvisor. From the check-in area to the elevator was 15 seconds. Multiple very quick elevators to different levels of the hotel. Now the rooms. I had a strip view room on the 51st floor. A great unobstucted view of the strip to the left and the ghost town of Trump Tower to the right. A couple of ugly empty lots right below, maybe they'll be developed in the next few years. The room was brand new and had so many nice features that I notice, that perhaps most people don't care about. Large floor to celing windows, with a table a 2 very comfortable chairs right by the window. A room safe that held my 16" lap top and was easy to access in the top drawer of the dresser. A well equipped large bathroom with separate toilet with smoked windows, just a large shower, no bathtub Both the shower and the double vanity had soap, shampoo , conditioner and lotion dispensers, so much better than bars of soap and those tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Light switches easy to find, I've spent much time in other hotels trying to figure out how to switch of certain lights. One of the best things was a decent size personal use refrigerator. Sure they still had the usual casino style refrigerator that seemingly charges you just for looking at the overpriced items, so the personal use one was a nice touch. Good size trash bins. Ice machines on each floor, somewhat centrally located. I did not get room service on my one full day at the hotel, he knocked on my door at 9.30am, and I asked him to come back at 11.00am, but he never did. I suppose I could have called housekeeping to get it done, but I didn't care. The only bad mark on the hotel, but still worth 5 stars. The pool area was very easy to reach, elevator down to the 6th floor, then a 30 second walk. Typical Vegas pool with sunbeds mostly jammed together, but it did seem a little more spacious than many other big hotels. Excellent and friendly pool staff. Even the Mafia looking security guy was friendly. If you like the sun, most of the pool area has a sunny aspect, with no large buildings to obstuct the sun, even at the end of the day. I liked that the pool stayed open until 8pm, most of the other big hotels close their pools at 5pm. All the restaurants and the casino were also very easy to reach, a 30 second walk from the elevator. Really amazing that all the features of the hotel were so easily accessible , really unusual in such a massive hotel. The meals I had at the hotel were excellent and the staff better. Read less

Room 58264, 2 nights The good: Top floor Conrad room, super views, very clean, quiet, fast elevators, pools are spectacular, free water upon request, friendly staff, very nice mall and many eateries to choose from inside compound. The bad: First 4 star without a coffee maker in room, was told only suites have them. Absurd prices and idiotic sensors on snacks. Ridiculous resort fee. Shower enclosure not well done, water leaks at door entry. Overhead shower was weak. Not enough toiletries, some basic 3 stars have more and better. For the price, great stay, if we were paying retail, haha, this would be an epic fail. Read less
