I am a Hilton Vacations member or “owner” as they call it. The room was a double suite. I am a Hilton Vacations member or “owner” as they call it. The room was a double suite. There were crumbs all over the couch when we arrived and the tv was hanging crooked on the wall and it did not work. The shower drain took about 30 min to go down after a shower. The pool is nice but you are subject to a search before entering. No food or beverages. Period. I watched these pool nazis turn back people left and right because they were a carrying an open can of soda or a cup of coffee. They do bag searches, purse searches and even smell your water tumbler for any scent of contraband. It is quite ridiculous. They will let you pass with a cup of Starbucks because they own the one in their lobby. We spoke to many other “owners” in the pool. To get around this silly checkpoint, people were creatively bringing in their booze in a Starbucks cup and creatively hiding their bag of peanuts or candy bars to avoid getting denied entry. Hilton also loves to screw you over with their cabana and comfy chair rentals. These go for $275 a day on weekends and only $75 during the week. We stay at many Hilton properties and this one is the absolute worst. Funny, since they house their high pressure sales team here to sell memberships and timeshare contracts. You would think they would put their best foot forward at this hotel. Nope. Read less

We had a 2 bedroom suite and WOW is all I can say. About 1,200 sq ft of sheer perfection. Full size kitchen, not the most dishes but adequate, king size bedroom that overlooked Sphere and Paris. Massive bathroom with soaker tub. Living room huge with projection screen to watch the Toronto Maple Leafs lose playoff games. Queen size bed in other… Read more

Massive bathroom with soaker tub. Living room huge with projection screen to watch the Toronto Maple Leafs lose playoff games. Queen size bed in other suite. 2 pull-out beds, which were quite comfortable. This 2 bedroom suite would easily sleep 8 people. Elara has a very easy Uber pick up spot and not like larger hotels where dozens of cars are clogging up pick up. Never waited more then 5 minutes. As owners, we rented a pool cabana for $75/day Monday-thursday rate NOTE: when you arrive, DO NOT TALK TO THE FRIENDLY PEOPLE IN THE LOBBY. THEY ARE TIME SHARE REPS. proceed straight to authorized check-in agents. Read less

We stayed in two bedroom unit on 39th floor looking towards the airport. Great views. Comfortable bedding. Very quiet and unit very spacious. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Location to strip is easy access through a shopping mall. Be aware that food prices in Vegas are high. We walked to Target food store but only limited supplies there. We used the local bus to travel to The Venetian and this was very easy. The bus stop just outside the mall, about 10 minute walk from Elara exit. We ubered to other casinos such as Excalibur and this was very easy and reasonable costing Read less

This is the worst accommodation hotel in Vegas. Went to use the washer that’s in the room prior to departure. The door on the washer was in an error code stuck in the locked position. This is the worst accommodation hotel in Vegas. Went to use the washer that’s in the room prior to departure. The door on the washer was in an error code stuck in the locked position. The front desk, engineers, house keeping and bell desk were called and no one could help get my shirts out. I missed my breakfast waiting for someone who never came to come and help me with out clothes. Hours later I returned to the hotel and they still have no idea where the shirts are and have no way of accommodation for losing expensive clothing. I will never stay here again. Do not wash your clothes in the washers they have in the room, they will lock forever and you will never get your clothes back. Read less
