No Bonvoy appreciation or even acknowledgment. Keys not working. Check in process takes forever. And the smell!!

Vegas summer blowout baby.
Had a good time at the Excalibur and the pool.
Enjoyed the sports book and managed to win a small amount of money after all my expenses on the trip.

I was not given the room I paid for (Resort Tower), and told the Royal Tower is the same thing when it isn't. The guest parking is terrible and not large enough so you always end up in the garage which is far away and the garage elevators are scary.

Nothing stands out as exceptional. You get what you pay for. The shower did not drain in our room. So standing in 3” of water after being on the strip all day.

**General Atmosphere:**
- There was a bad smell near the elevator area that was unpleasant each time we passed by.
- We were accidentally charged for a late checkout because the app process wasn't clear, causing some confusion.
- The digital key on the app worked fine for the first two days but suddenly stopped working on our last night. We had to go to the front desk to request physical keys, which was inconvenient.
- Additionally, there were salespeople pestering us every time we walked to and from the elevators, which was quite bothersome.
**Positive Aspects:**
- The check-in process over the phone was quick and easy, which we appreciated.
- Sharing the room key was also quick and easy.
- The price for our two-night stay was very low, providing good value for the money.
- We appreciated the short distance to the concert venue and the ability to take short walks to other nearby casinos.
