This resort is not just any Vegas strip resort, it is aiming for THE resort of resorts. The design of the space is well thought out (some large empty spaces, but only because not all the shops are open yet). The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. The food and beverage venues are numerous with wide price points to meet all expectations with better than expected quality. However, the most uniquely fitting restaurant is La Cote; situated poolside, the décor, food, and service is among the best of the property and comes highly recommended (get the watermelon & feta salad, seriously). Despite it's location on the strip, there is no real need to venture off as it has all you would need for a wonderful day and evening experience. And will only be meteorically enhanced with all shops and restaurants fully open. I highly recommend staying at Fontainblueau. Read less

This property is absolutely beautiful. But I found during my visit that it is the employees that made the visit so meaningful. The hotel itself is massive, but believe it or not easy to find your way around. The ambiance of the casino was incredible. It smells so clean and good, and there were never dirty places on the casino floor such as rubbish around the slot machines. It’s so bright and cheerful. The food promenade has so many delicious choices, with barely a wait time. Food was always fresh, hot and fast. Desserts were too tasty! Especially the cheese cake! We didn’t use the spa or eat at restaurants because of earlier commitments but plan on it next time. Our room was one of if not the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Impeccable. I couldn’t find one thing wrong with room, and I looked hard, but nope, nothing. Just perfection. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were like clouds. I have a tempurpedic mattress at home due to many musculoskeletal injuries and I slept so soundly and comfortably that I wasn’t stiff or in pain at all upon awakening. The bathtub was very deep and even though we were on a high floor, the water pressure and temperature were instant. Shower was roomy and also had great water pressure. I can’t emphasize strongly enough how beautiful the property is but the employees were perfect and brought the property to life. We didn’t use the pool this visit, again due to time restraints. OMG. The most beautiful hotel pool. So relaxed and inviting. The grounds were landscaped beautifully and a morning and evening stroll was quite enjoyable. I rarely stay anywhere twice. I am already making plans to return. I don’t think I can stay anywhere else while in Vegas. Read less

I recently stayed at Fontainebleau Las Vegas for two nights but was erroneously charged for three nights. Despite bringing this to their attention and requesting a refund, the issue remains unresolved. The staff initially agreed to refund the overcharge but failed to follow through. Despite multiple follow-up calls, promises to email the refund details were never fulfilled. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. It's disheartening to encounter such disregard for customer satisfaction, especially after being assured that the matter would be promptly addressed. As a result, I find it difficult to recommend Fontainebleau Las Vegas to others. I urge the management to take swift action to rectify this situation and ensure that future guests are not subjected to similar frustrations. I stayed on 6th and 7th May and checked out on 8th May.
