My first solo trip and I was disappointed. For a hotel that's charging a resort fee I should have had a tad bit better. Room was VERY outdated..they never came to clean my room I had to call down for bathroom tissue..the safe in rhe room wasnt working but thankfully I had no valuables to lock up..the pool was hotter than Satan's bath..not alot of… Read more

The remodeled rooms are super nice (you have to select a remodeled room as they are not finished with the full renovation) and are all suite style. Rio is awesome. People just be patient because they are renovating from there split wit Cesar's. Rooms are much prettier and always bigger

The sinks were always clogged so was the bath tub. The room had a seapage on the ceiling the room was spacious
