In the heart of North Conway, New Hampshire. Adjacent to the Settlers Green Outlet Village. 5-minute drive to Cranmore, 45 minutes to Loon, 40 minutes to Bretton Woods and 1 hour to Cannon. Driving time from Boston Logan International Airport: 2 hours 30 minutes.

200 modern and comfortable rooms on 4 floors with 3 lifts. All with air-conditioning, TV, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, mini-microwave, iron and board, hairdryer and safe. Standard Rooms are 350 sq ft and have 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Great location. Friendly professional staff. Restaurant closed but they did offer continental breakfast for $8.

For our couples get away there should be more options, as well as a notification that the pool and hot tub inside would be closed our entire stay. Staff was fantastic! Walk from the hotel to the outlets which is in the next plot. Rooms were clean and comfy. Pool and hot tub indoor and outdoor was awesome. We will definitely be returning.
