Booked this hotel last year for July 2024, today they tell me they are no longer going to be a Conrad hotel and cancelled my reservation. No offer to help find me a room in the new brand or elsewhere. As prices are now much higher as only a few weeks away this Hotel has really left me in a bad position.

Great stay at a great hotel This was our fourth stay at the Conrad Midtown. A great hotel is a combination of great facility and rooms combined with great service. Service is people and the people at the Conrad are absolutely great. We had three suites each nicer than the other and the service at the Conrad keeps a class of its own incomparable to any hotel we ever stayed in NY (*after more than 80 visits to the city). At arrival we were greeted by Christina at the reception who managed to find rooms close to each other on the same floor to meet our requests. The following days Karine at reception was extremely helpful and accommodating. We had more than a few packages delivered an Venessa, the Concierge who was very helpful . William who handles packages went out of his way and finally found that a package we waited for was delivered to a wrong address and not to our hotel . Breakfast is not cheap but has a great variety, freshly made eggs and a very friendly team from Stacey who arranged for us a table for 7 people and the great friendly and attentive Kabir and Mukit . Conrad Midtown is a Gem in NY . Read less

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. For two days in a row, the room wasn't cleaned. On the first day, as we didn’t want to wait we simply requested towels so we could shower, and it took nearly 30 minutes to receive them. On the second day, we asked reception three times throughout the day to ensure the room was cleaned, but when we… Read more

This place certainly doesn't deserve a 5-star rating; it should be classified as a motel. Read less

This is a three-star hotel masquerading as a five-star hotel. The rooms were large and well appointed. And the gym is excellent - especially for a hotel. But there were serious service lapses throughout my stay. For starters, there were no sheets on the bed when I entered my room. The comforter was draped over the TV. I went to the lobby to report the issue and went to dinner. When I returned at 9:00 pm, my room still had no sheets. One person said there was a housekeeping "backlog" (at 9:00 pm!) Excuses and "backlogs" are not supposed to happen at 5-star hotels. Eventually, the hotel switched me to another room. But the next day, housekeeping forgot to replace the coffee pods. And service problems persisted at the restaurant. At breakfast, finding anyone to bring butter and refill coffee and water took effort. Read less

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen, and 1 tween) stayed for 5 nights last month. We absolutely loved it and we are so disappointed to hear that this location will no longer be part of the Hilton brand in June. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Rooms were clean. There was an issue with the lights in the bathroom. We called for service and maintenance was at our door about 5 minutes later. All of the staff were very friendly. Our bellman, Nelson, not only helped us w/ our bags at check in, but also gave us great dinner suggestions. Olivia S. at the concierge desk went above and beyond to ensure our teen and tween had a memorable stay. On our morning of checkout, the street was closed due to a half marathon. The bellman, Stefan, did not hesitate to accompany us down to 6th Ave with our bags and help us catch a cab. Location can not be beat. We specifically wanted to be close to Times Square, but not too close and this was perfect. Everything was very close and within walking distance. We hope to stay there again in the future! Read less
