The quality of bed was bad. It was squeaky bed and couldn't sleep. Janitors banging at the door and opening it without my consent asking when I was going to leave. I don't recommend staying here.

Dirty, smelly hard rooms with no heating! Loud lobby, einstein was amazing and Anthony helpful. Rest staff rude

I was over the moon with the staff during my stay, everyone was amazing. Upon leaving, I was charged a $459 "smoking fee", even though neither me nor the friends I stayed with have ever been smokers or vapers. It's been-two weeks and i've yet to hear anything back from management - I cant even get a hold of them! Ridiculous!

The bedside lights began flashing on and off in the middle of the night, waking me four times. I tried to reach a staff member to resolve this but all mailboxes full.

Very clean, comfortable room. Location is excellent. Is being renovated currently - would be happy to go back once renovations are completed. Amenities are limited. Would have enjoyed a bar/restaurant in the hotel but you’re in Times Square and there are plenty of options close by.
