Lovely central hotel, staff Lovely but they don't have tea/coffee facilities in the rooms, which they need. Considering the size of the hotel the lounge area is very small and the bar area that serves food as well is no where big enough to cope with the amount of people wanting to use it. Breakfast Lovely but the queueing in the lobby before being… Read more

But overall a good base hotel Read less

However, despite the hustle and bustle outside, we were not bothered by excessive noise once in our room. Our room was very clean and of a good size with 2 queen beds. There was daily room servicing but no tea and coffee facilities. Staff were really friendly and polite. We took breakfast between 7-7.30 each day and although very busy it was well organised with minimal wait and plenty of choice and quantity. Later sittings however seemed to incur longer waits. Luggage store a bonus on check out day as our flight was not until evening. Would definitely stay here again. Read less

Hotel and staff were nice enough and fabulous location however as most people have said, breakfast is a nightmare!! It catered to everyone with plenty of choices. The only odd thing was you need to go to the lobby and queue and the staff take you in the lift up to the 5th floor to the restaurant but it was run very well and didn’t cause any issues All staff work hard and are always happy to help. The hotel is spotlessly clean. We didn’t hear any outside noise neither did our friends. It offers a small cafe/bar where the food is lovely and reasonably priced(beer is also good). I’d recommend this hotel. Read less

You have to wait at least 30 min and than once up on the 5th floor they disregard your position in line.. Mrs Amanda told me she cannot seperate the tables, which has been a clear lie.. all the tables are tables of two.. so basically they dont care about first come first serve. Mr Diego Alonso, the Food & Beverage Manager explained to me thats the way they operate... They try to do there best, but unfortunate they fail to succeed. If you wanna enioy your New York Getaway: NEVER EVER BOOK BREAKFAST, unless you wanna loose every day 30 to 40 mins waiting... Today on Sunday... again a line of 30 min. Once on the Floor; they said i had to wait in-line and they were taking party of twos from the back of the line... i literally had to shout at them... plus the 4 coffee stations were NOT working. The Photos show different days for line of the breakfast ... although the Hotel Management tells you to join for the last half hour.. its usually the worst.... The lines at any amusement Park in the States are shorter Read less
