Traditional Rooms are 310 sq ft and offer picturesque views of the city with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Deluxe Rooms are 330 sq ft with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Premium King Rooms are 350 sq ft and offer views of the Chrysler Building or Empire State Building, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

I frequently stay at the Westin and it's always an anmazing experience due to the staff. Erica at the front desk always goes out of her way to make me and my whole team feel welcome. She's accommodating, attentive, and such a welcome face when walking into my home away from home. Amy, Doug, and Guil at the restaurant/bar are second to none in the city with their ability to make world class drinks with a warm smile, quick joke, and/or listening ear. The only thing keeping me from giving The Westin a 5 is the fact that things (washcloths, bottled water, lotion) were not replenished daily. I had to call the concierge and they brought whatever I needed pretty quickly. more than once. That was odd to me. Good news is building is clean, breakfast was great! I had to call the concierge and they brought whatever I needed pretty quickly. more than once. That was odd to me. Good news is building is clean, breakfast was great! Nevil helped us get seated each morning with hardly any wait. All staff I interacted with were wonderful! I still recommend this hotel and will be back for sure. The location is great for walking, restaurants and sight seeing! Transportation was perfect by cab or train from this location as well. Read less

Great location, wonderful service, and just a home away from home type place for a road warrior like myself. The staff (especially the wonderful Erica!) retains a great sense of professionalism and are just a joy to interact with. Would 10/10 recommend to others (business or pleasure!).

Fabulous hotel. We arrived early about 9am and expected to just leave our bags, however the lovely Miriama checked us in and upgraded our room! She was absolutely wonderful with us! The room was beautiful and the bed was like sleeping in a cloud! Highly recommended.
