Staff is very friendly, restaurants are amazing, esthetic is beautiful, location is great and very close to everything. only downside is the walls are a bit thin so you can here the people in the rooms next to you.

Excellent front desk service, restaurant food, and cleanliness of room. The American Express rewards program was exceptional. The overall experience was fantastic and look forward to staying again at this hotel soon!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Thompson. The folks were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the food for room service and in-person was fantastic. The location is perfecto - right next to everything and a close walk or pedi cab to anywhere you want to go.

We brought a group of 23 people to this hotel and the experience certainly exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and clean, the people were wonderful, and the location was perfect.

The hotel was designed to be chic, not functional. No place to hang long dresses in the closet. VERY noisy (from street and pool area), with very poor sleep, despite being on 13th floor. Way overpriced. Dangerously slick and deep bathtub despite being an “accessible” room. Gym was good.
