The event was hosted at the beautiful Holiday Inn on the Riverwalk, where I had the pleasure of staying. The experience was truly remarkable. The hotel staff went above and beyond, offering exceptional assistance and service. My room overlooked a breathtaking view, and the comfortable beds provided a perfect retreat after each day. The spacious room was elegantly furnished and provided a welcoming atmosphere. The only challenge I encountered was navigating through heavy traffic caused by a local celebration. Read less

The hotel was amazing. Greeted by wonderful staff, room was clean, bathroom was spacious and very clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel was great for the Riverwalk. Highly recommend staying here.

Had a great stay and had the pleasure of working with a hardworking service professional named Luis. Our hotel was extremely busy and he held it together and was still able to deliver great customer service. He needs to be recognized for the hard work, he provides for this hotel it is workers like him that make me come back to a hotels like this.

I felt I had gotten on her nerves but she assured me I had not. If a company is looking for a model employee for customer service Snow is that person. This woman needs praise, a pat on the back, a raise, and more because she is definitely doing what needs to be done. I would happily stay here again especially if I knew that Snow would be my service professional during my stay. She is what a customer service professional should look like. Thank you Ms. Snow. Had a big conference at this hotel for 4 days and every thing was excellent! The staff was always helpful, positive, and available. Rooms were clean, event space was cleans. Everything was ready on time, meals, room, and AV. Above all else the staff was simply OUTSTANDING.
