Staff is amazing, facilities are less than Hyatt normally delivers, but the downtown location is convenient.

Couldn't have had a better experience for what we paid. Location was excellent, hotel was clean and smelled clean, great breakfast, convenient parking, friendly staff.

Pleasant hotel with large rooms in center of Salt Lake City. I bit out of the direct city center, but still just 10 minutes walk to the Temple Square.

The complimentary breakfast was probably the best I have ever experienced. Lighting in the rooms needs improvement. Fitness center adequate. There was some construction in the hotel that we were not aware of beforehand.
