Convenient, beautiful and clean. Breakfast was fresh and filling, the hot tub very hot and the heated pool decently warm in compared to the cold mountain air. Getting to Zion was as easy as getting in the free shuttle next to the parking lot. Ate at the Italian restaurant next door and watched the sunset on the cliff sides under the stars. Our… Read more

As they’ve preached for generations, it’s the small things. Have been Hampton members for 20+ years. Nice property but they’re charging an extra $10 for parking. Really? A quick way to agitate loyal customers. Have never paid for parking at any Hampton anywhere in the good old USA.

The room was contemporary, clean and quiet. Further, the exterior grounds and the interior common areas are exceptionally well maintained. The included breakfasts had a nice variety which changed daily; and staff regularly checked & replenished items ensuring adequate availability. Conveniently located in Springdale with easy access to ZNP, restaurants and shops. Read less

Very comfortable, quiet room. We were on the first floor and did not hear any noise from the room above. Even though our room faced the courtyard, it was screened by a small grassy area with shrubs between us and the pool. We still had privacy with our shades up, which was important as our room had great views of the cliffs. The courtyard pool… Read more

Even though our room faced the courtyard, it was screened by a small grassy area with shrubs between us and the pool. We still had privacy with our shades up, which was important as our room had great views of the cliffs. The courtyard pool area has amazing views of the cliffs on both sides. On one visit we were lucky enough to watch the moon rise above the cliff. We found it very relaxing to sit there after a day in Zion. Staff was very efficient and helpful. We like the location, it is outside the main business area so it is less congested. Our favorite restaurant, Bit & Spur, is right across the street, Read less

Everything was fine but our room smelled of a dog. We had traveled 27 hours to get there so we were to tired to complain. There was almost nothing our child could eat besides fruit at breakfast. Nothing was dairy and gluten free and when I tried to ask the man was snippy and said the eggs had milk.
