If the rate was at all reasonable, my review would state that the hotel was decent, albeit a bit outdated. For what I was charged, there should have been a hot tub in my room as well as a masseuse.

Hotel location is wonderful - easy walk to the National Mall and Metro station. Facility is beautiful and has all amenities. Dining options are good and there are other options within walking distance as well.

Hotel decor is looking very tired, AC was noisy and ‘adequate’. Staff were okay. Location is good. Pricey and doesn’t feel worth it.

Great get away and the Hyatt Regency Washinton on Capitol Hill was a great place to stay. The Staff there exceeded our expectations. All of our questions were answered and any requests we had they helped. We had to have something printed and they were able to print it out for us. Initially it wasn't working so we walked away from the lobby area. When we returned to the lobby area the front desk person Megan tracked us down and said she was able to print our paper work. Amazing service! Read less
