Franklin Park View Rooms are 252 - 312 sq ft in size and offer views of Downtown DC's largest green space, eith wither 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

I am writing to express my great application to Ms. Sarah Washington, who gave me great support when I checked in on April 18. It was my fault to leave my credit card at home when traveling overseas to Washington. I was told that I can't check in at the first. But Ms. Washington stood out and proactively helped me with e-authorization which provided me a room after a 2-days travel. My daughter and I were very grateful to have her helping us. Otherwise, we had no other options to check in. I appreciate her help and thanks to Hamilton for having such patient and problem-solving employee who can help me at the point. Read less

The room was clean, cozy, comfortable, and the perfect size for me. The staff was helpful, particularly the concierge who went the extra mile to assist me with transportation. The only suggestion I might have is for the adjacent restaurant to have a larger selection of food on its menu. I ate there once and had a very expensive and unremarkable pizza. My job takes me all around the U.S. so I get to experience a whole gamut of hotel stays. One of the things I always look for is ‘who in this hotel is going to be my guardian angel?’ I found my angel here and her name is Ashia! Wearing a beautiful smile doubled with patience, despite a severe case of allergies, she managed to check in seven guests, I was responsible for, addressing their wishes and demands, without complaining or being rude (as has become quite prevalent). The rooms are comfortable, though they range in size. The restaurant is excellent and on a good day, you could be served out on the balcony. My pet peeve had to do with the elevators; there are four yet one was always inoperable and the rest took forever to reach us. I understand the conference had many guests, but still, it’s a hotel that caters to an abundance of guests. Read less
