Checking in is weird as you check in at the bar while ppl order drinks. The room is extremely small. The room was dirty and was told they were unable to relocate me as they were full instead of having someone come and clean. The room was dirty and was told they were unable to relocate me as they were full instead of having someone come and clean. There is an awesome coffee shop next door as well as various shops and restaurants in walking distance. Just the uncleanliness was my issue. Next time I’ll stay at the embassy suite across the street. Oh the valet was great!!! The sweets man ever!! He was a joy ! Read less

The Moxy was definitely a different vibe than most hotels, so if you know that going in you shouldn’t be surprised or expecting a traditional spot. Staff was very nice, the places to hang out were decorated very nice, and I appreciated the free coffee. Downsides: the blanket was paper thin, which clearly lots of people have referenced and y’all need to change! Minimalism shouldn’t apply to bed sheets. My room also smelled of weed when I checked in which was a bummer. Other than those things, this was a cute place to stay. Read less

Loved the atmosphere at the Moxy. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite due to Marriott status, and it was great! Had a sitting area in addition to the bed. Plenty of room. Staff at the bar were always helpful and friendly. Plenty of food available for breakfast to start the day so we didn't have to search outside the hotel. Went up to the Roof Bar… Read more

Went up to the Roof Bar one night to have drinks. This is not affiliated with Marriott/Moxy but it was a great place to have a drink and appetizers. Read less

The food in the first floor Parlour Victoria restaurant is top notch. The menu is online. On the flip side, the rooms are only suitable for one person. If you book for two, you are in for an ordeal. If you try to use the shower, I suggest you first lay a towel on the shower floor to stand on to keep from slipping and falling like my wife did.

It was a weird hotel. Checked in at the bar. Seemed like it was a hostel before it was a hotel. Not the typical Marriott experience. Room was very clean but extremely small at 150 SF at best, and no space for a laptop, and no closet. There were pegs on the wall to hang a few items. The heat didn’t work well and the room was cold. No extra blankets… Read more
