This was essentially a business hotel full of corporates, not your typical family hotel. However, the rooms were of high quality and service was impeccable. I have traveled the world and been to many Marriott properties and I must say the service at the Westin was superior! They treat you so well, like a guest in their home. Water bottles upon arrival from an excursion, the best food, friendly staff. We booked a private Driver for two days and Rafeeq, the concierge went above and beyond. He booked the best tours. He had the bell boys take my shopping bags up to the room while we ate dinner. He even went to the store to buy us a few things at the end of a very tired day. He knows how to treat you like royalty! Every day for 5 days, he was looking for ways to make it a memorable vacation. Simply amazing and great personality! I also had Sithokizile at the front desk assist with check in and she was lovely! Not going to repeat what has already been mentioned in the earlier reviews, which are largely accurate. Here I would like to add here, and give a big shout-out to Phumlani who never fails to smile every time I go out or return to hotel. He's a gem. Thank you so much for making me feel welcome.
